The Hawker 900XP is a twin-engine mid-size corporate jet built by British Aerospace (BA) for Hawker Beechcraft. The 900XP was released late in 2006 just a few months after its predecessor the Hawker 850XP was certified.
This line of business jets which originated with the HS-125 in 1962 has been in continuous production since then, longer than any other corporate jet. Hawker has continuously evolved its series of jets, ever improving range and performance of its jets without compromising on the elegance and comfort held in such high regard by its clients.
In 2006, the Hawker 850XP introduced numerous improvements in performance passenger accommodations to the evolving line of jets. Even so, the engineers were able to take performance even further with the Hawker 900XP while retaining all of the 850’s features favored by its pilots and passengers.
The most significant change introduced in the Hawker 900XP was its engines which improve virtually all aspects of performance, takeoff, climb, cruise speed, and range while reducing operating costs.
The Collins Pro Line 21 avionics and the cabin furnishings and materials are top of the line, offering the reliability and comfort expected when operating or traveling in the best-selling business jet series.
It’s small surprise, that Robb Report selected the 900XP as its 2010 “Best of the Best” recipient in the Best Material classification. The jet also received recognition from the Robb Report in 2009 and again in 2012 as a “Best of the Best” designee in the Best Business Jet category.
